Reclaim your Strength and Power
I am currently teaching a class on how to open and use the Akashic Records to gain insight into one’s life from their soul’s perspective. When I was creating the curriculum for this class, I was guided to include information on accessing our strengths. Typically, people use the records to find solutions to problems or to heal; but there is so much more that the records can offer. By learning how to access our strengths through the records, we can become better versions of ourselves.
It seems that we have lost touch with our true selves. As old souls, we have experienced a multitude of soul journeys, each leaving its own imprint on us. These experiences have brought both pain and joy and have helped to weave the tapestry of our existence. We have been both victims and rulers and have seen the world from the perspectives of both sages and saints. We have possessed great power, but it is often difficult to fully embrace these experiences.
Humanity is currently in the process of a massive spiritual transformation. We are waking up and starting to remember who we are. We are moving through soul integration, where all of our soul aspects and experiences from past and parallel lives are returning to us. This transformation marks a period of returning to our wholeness, where the myriad experiences we’ve gathered culminate into the highest expressions of wisdom and strength. It is time to embrace these strengths as we step onto our destined path.
How can you activate your strengths?
Get into a quiet, meditative state and connect to your guides. Ask them to show you one or two past lives where you embodied your strengths. It would be helpful to use a journal to record your responses. You can probe deeper with the following questions:
1. What are one or two strengths I have demonstrated in the past?
2. How did I express these strengths in the past?
3. How can I integrate these strengths into my current experience?
4. In what areas of my life can I draw on these strengths?
